This Privacy Policy explains how LeadFlow LLC (“LeadFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our software platform and related services (the “Service”), and when you interact with messages sent through the Service.

We collect information needed to provide the Service, including:

• Contact details you or a business provide, such as name, phone number, and email address.
• Messages and communications sent or received through the Service.
• Appointment, scheduling, and lead-activity information.
• Usage and device information collected automatically when you use the Service.

How we use information

We use information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; to send messages you or a business have requested or consented to; to schedule and confirm appointments; to provide support; and to comply with legal obligations.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages through the Service, you may receive messages such as appointment reminders, follow-ups, and responses to your inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Opting out will stop further text messages to your number.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers (such as messaging carriers) strictly as needed to deliver the messages you have requested, and as required by law.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with vendors that help us run the Service (for example, hosting, messaging, and calendar providers), each bound to protect it, and when required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below, subject to applicable law.
